Fankle takes real action on your work, so trust is the whole product. Here is exactly how your data is held, what the assistant can and can’t do, and the line it never crosses: nothing is ever sent on your behalf.
Your board is yours alone
Every card, lane, and account record is scoped to your account and isolated at the database level (row-level security), so one account can never read or touch another’s work.
Nothing is ever sent on your behalf
Outward-facing moves are draft-and-hold: Fankle prepares the follow-up and parks it for you. Sending is always your button — there is no path by which the assistant sends a message itself.
Your text trains nothing
Captured text is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, only to classify and act on your work. It is not used to train third-party models. Anthropic is our one AI sub-processor.
Every move is logged and reversible
Each agent action is recorded on the card with a full audit trail, and any applied step can be undone in one click. You can always see what happened and walk it back.
You hold the leash
Each lane has an autonomy dial, from “just suggest” to “handle the routine,” and risky or outward-facing actions are always held for your approval — never auto-applied past the line you set.
Delete on request
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. We don’t sell your data, and a full privacy policy ships before general availability.
