This is a placeholder terms notice for the Fankle beta. Full terms will be published before general availability. In the meantime, by using Fankle you agree that:

• The service is provided “as is” during beta and may change or have downtime.
• Fankle assists with your work but acts only within the permissions you set; you remain responsible for what you send and decide.
• You won’t misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

We’ll give notice of material changes to these terms.
